Applicant must be a graduating senior applying to a doctoral program in economics or a student currently enrolled in such a program. Students who have successfully completed at least one summer fellowship, demonstrate potential for development as an economic scientist, and are enrolled in an accredited graduate degree program may be awarded a Fellowship In Absentia for study at the college or university of their choice following the summer fellowship. Resume, personal statement, reference letters, writing, sample, transcripts, and proposed course of study are required to be submitted.
