Arizona Chapter Dependent Scholarship
Amount : $1,500
Applicant must be a permanent resident of the United States who is the employee of, or the dependent of an employee of a travel agency that is a member of the ASTA Arizona Chapter. Applicant must be enrolled as a junior or senior (four-year school) or second year student (two-year school) at a college or university in the United States enrolled in any major of study; a travel and tourism or hospitality major is not required. Application, scanned copy of driver's license, resume, two letters of recommendation (academic and professional), transcript, scanned letter from ASTA Arizona Chapter Member travel agency attesting that the parent or guardian, or the dependent of the parent or guardian of the applicant is employed by the agency, and a scanned two-page original essay which answers the following question: "Why do you feel you deserve to receive this scholarship?" are required to be submitted.
