Graduate students may only receive this award at undergraduate tuition/fee rates. Effective summer 2009, award cannot be used to cover distance education fees of any kind for graduates or undergraduate students.
Applicant must be a legal resident of Indiana and be admitted/enrolled in a degree program. Applicant's mother or father must have served in the Armed Forces of the United States, sustained a service-connected death or documented disability as evidenced by Veterans Administration records, or received a Purple Heart Award, and was discharged under honorable conditions.
