Applicant must be a West Virginia resident and a graduating senior of Greenbrier West High School or GED applicant who lives in the Crichton Public School attendance area and has attended Crichton Public Schools or its successor school for at least three years. Applicant must plan to study at an accredited college or postsecondary training institute. Selection is based upon financial need.
