Applicant must be a college-bound student. Students may be eligible for scholarships based on the following attributes: home state, metropolitan area, parents' education level, class year, high school type, graduating class size, college, college type, college state, major or fields of study, high school GPA, rank in class, SAT/ACT scores, college GPA, extracurricular participation, awards, level of financial need, military experience, years of homeschooling, first-generation college students, and whether the applicant is a legacy student. DiscoverScholars.org awards scholarships to students based on the interests of donors in the marketplace. All college-bound students who submit a valid application are eligible to receive significant funding, regardless of their grades, field of study, or level of financial need; scholarship opportunities vary depending on the characteristics valued by each donor. Scholarships are paid in a lump sum as donations are allocated.
