Awarded to one 10th grade student in each high school in Utah and in eligible high schools in Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, New Mexico, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Ontario, Canada. Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and must plan to pursue a bachelor's degree in one of the following majors: biochemistry, biology, chemistry, ecology, engineering, environmental sciences, geology, geophysics, mathematics, meteorology, or physics.
