Applicant must submit an application form, a cover letter describing goals to be accomplished and why, a statement of good standing, official transcripts with GPA, confidential recommendations, and an essay. Request guidelines and forms through the Foundation office. Master's level students must be enrolled in or accepted to a program accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Council on Academic Accreditation.
