The Iowa Barber and Cosmetology Arts and Sciences Tuition Grant is available to assist Iowa residents attending participating barber and cosmetology colleges throughout Iowa. Priority is given to students with the greatest financial need. The maximum grant is $1,200 per year. Funds can assist student for up to 2 years of study, as long as the student meets the general eligibility criteria.
