Applicant must be Roman Catholic, have a minimum 3.2 GPA, and be a resident of California, Nevada, Arizona, or an Illinois city where branches of the Federation are established. Applicant must be wholly or partially of Italian ancestry or be the child or grandchild of an ICF member. Letters of recommendation, financial need, and participation in church and community activities required.
