Applicant must be a U.S. citizen who is a graduating minority student who has achieved a minimum 1000 SAT score (21 ACT) and is planning to attend an accredited four-year university in the fall. Applicant must be able to demonstrate a high level of academic achievement, financial need, and leadership potential. Essay, ACT or SAT scores, and letter of recommendation are required to be submitted.
