Applicant must be majoring or planning to major in the field of visual arts, such as painting, drawing, sketching, sculpture and other creative arts (excluding music or the performing arts). Applicant must graduate from high school before July 1 of year scholarship is awarded. Minimum of two (maximum of three) examples of work specifying the type of medium used for each and high school transcripts must be submitted. Selection is based upon artistic talent and/or potential and degree of interest and enthusiasm for the fine arts. Some consideration will be given to GPA, extracurricular activities, and financial need.
