Award is to increase the representation of African-Americans, Alaskan Natives, Mexican Americans, Native Americans, Pacific Islanders, and Puerto Ricans in the field of neuroscience. Applications are accepted from all students. Applicant must submit an essay, GRE scores, references, and transcripts.
