Students will be granted up to $5,000 every year in tuition and room and board for four years.
Applicant must have spina bifida. Applicant must be a high school junior/senior. Applicant must have spina bifida and must submit a physician statement of disability including the physician's address and phone number. Applicant must show financial need, using funds to attend a school that would otherwise be out of reach financially. Applicant must be an applicant of, enrolled in, or accepted by a college or university. A letter of acceptance is required. For applicants who have not yet been accepted by a school, final awarding of the scholarship is dependent upon acceptance.
