Applicant must be an United States citizen who is a Minnesota resident and participant in Courage Center services. Selection is based upon applicant's intentions and achievements. Awarded to assist individuals who have sensory impairments or physical disabilities who want to pursue educational goals or gain technical expertise beyond high school.
