Applicant must be a degree-seeking student enrolled in at least 12 semester hours, have a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA for last 24 semester hours of college work (new transfer students) or 3.5 GPA (continuing students at Texas A&M U - Texarkana), have completed at least 24 semester hours in the previous academic year, and must be a resident of Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, or Texas residing in school's service area. Official transcripts required for last 24 semester hours of college work.
