Applicant must be the dependent of a VietNow member in good standing who has not reached their 35th birthday. Applicant may be biologically related, a stepchild, adopted, or a foster child. Applicant may also be the dependent of a veteran who is listed as missing-in-action, prisoner-of-war, or were killed in action. This documentation must be provided with the application.
