Where's FRANKIE the Diploma Frame? Scholarship Photo Contest

Applicant must be a legal U.S. resident who is 18 years of age or older and is attending a U.S. college or university as a full-time student for this upcoming academic year (family members can also enter to win this award for their student). Applicant must download and print a copy of Church Hill Classics' FRANKIE, cut him out, and take a photo of him (or with him) on their summer adventures and travels.
