Preference is given to applicant who demonstrates interest in the healing arts and community service.

Applicant must be age 18 or over and may not be enrolled in an art degree program. Applicant must be a resident of Marin County for at least the past 12 months. Selection is based upon recent artwork.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, six credits in a program of studies that includes Indian Humanities content, demonstrated excellence in Indian Performing Arts, and extracurricular involvement.

Applicant must be a member of a federally recognized American Indian Tribe or Alaskan Native Corporation who is a degree-seeking student enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours.

Applicant must be a full-time degree-seeking student.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate potential for leadership and business success through student club participation, volunteerism, athletic participation, and job or internship experience.
