Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be enrolled full-time, and must have declared a major in the College of Arts & Sciences or the College of Technology.

Applicant must be an Alabama student, submit competition portfolio for review by art faculty, and have application submitted by high school teacher.

Applicant must be enrolled in the special education with certification program and demonstrate leadership in courses.

If applicant is a sophomore, junior, or senior, he or she must have passed all three parts of the PRAXIS I exam. If applicant is a freshman, he or she must rank in the top four-tenths of class.

Applicant must be fully matriculated and demonstrate an aptitude for or a dedication to the theatre arts.

Applicant must be a student teacher in Speech Pathology.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate an interest in doing fieldwork in a third world environment.

Applicant must demonstrate a high level of skill in Highland dancing, drumming, fiddling, or piping. Selection is based upon audition.
