Applicant must demonstrate an awareness and understanding of what it means to be a world citizen today.

Applicant must demonstrate scholastic achievement and intellectual promise.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.3 GPA and at least 12 credit hours and must demonstrate community service to socially disadvantaged groups.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, a minimum ACT score of 25, and earn a minimum of 12 credit hours. An interest in the arts and science is required.
