Applicant must be a resident of Ventura County, pursuing a major in visual, performing, or creative arts, and demonstrate financial need. Preference given to female applicants.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate leadership, sportsmanship, respect, loyalty, integrity, and a sense of humor.

Applicant must demonstrate extracurricular or professional communication activities.

Applicant must be a tribally enrolled Native American Indian.
