Applicant must either be a resident of California or have petroleum-related work experience in the San Joaquin Valley area. Transcripts, teacher recommendation, and two essays required.

Applicant must be a resident of Alaska, California, Connecticut, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, or Wyoming.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be enrolled as a part-time student, and be able to demonstrate campus/community involvement.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstrate community and campus involvement, financial need, and scholastic achievement. Applicant must be the parent of one or more dependent children.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.8 GPA, be enrolled full-time, and demonstrate community and campus involvement, financial need, and scholastic achievement.
