Applicant must be a student who is of Hispanic origin living in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Puerto Rico, Texas, Utah, or Washington, D.C.

Applicant must be a graduate student with a minimum 3.0 GPA who demonstrates community and campus involvement, financial need, scholastic achievement, and post-graduate goals.

Applicant must be a California resident, who is under age 20, disabled, competed in varsity-level or equivalent athletics, and maintained a 2.8 GPA or better.

Applicant must be a continuing full-time undergraduate or graduate student who has a minimum cumulative 2.5 GPA and who has played a leadership role in a university club or organization. Financial need will be considered.
