Applicant must be majoring in pre-engineering, electronics, mechanical technology, drafting, or construction.

Applicant must be a certified, regular, associate, student member of ASCET, or a high school senior in the last five months of the academic year who have passing grades. Letters of recommendation required.

Preference is given to a student in the construction technology or surveying option.

Selection is based upon superior academic achievement in a challenging program, the highest test scores, leadership in school, and excellent research abilities.

Applicant must have a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 970 (composite ACT score of 21) and two letters of recommendation.

Applicant must be African-American or Hispanic, have a cumulative 3.5 GPA, and a composite ACT score of 28 (combined SAT score of 1250).

Applicant must rank in the top quarter of class and have a minimum combined SAT I score of 1170 (composite ACT score of 26).
