Applicant must be a graduate of Parkway High School in Rockford, Ohio, majoring in business, education, engineering, mathematics or science.

Applicants must be accepted at the University Park Campus and pursue a major in the College of Engineering.

Selection is based on SAT or ACT scores, high school GPA, class rank, and extracurricular activities.

Applicant must be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant. Selection is based upon academic merit and financial need. Award is in Canadian dollars.

Applicant must have at least a technician class radio license. Preference is given to students majoring in electronic engineering who are members of the ARRL Atlantic and Hudson divisions.
