Applicant must be an international student (non-Egyptian) and non-residential. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and full-time status.

Applicant must be a transfer student and have a minimum 2.7 GPA. International students are also eligible to apply.

Applicant must have a minimum combined SAT score of 900 (composite ACT score of 19) and an 80 high school average. International students are also eligible to apply.

Application highlighting leadership skills, community involvement, and strong academics is required to be submitted.

Applicant qualifications are a grade point average of 3.4 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale or a class rank that is in the top twenty fifth percent, and an ACT of 25, SAT of 1140. International students are not eligible for this scholarship.
