Applicant must have a minimum 3.2 GPA and must enroll in at least five upper division economics courses during the two semesters of aid.

Applicant must be a Campus Auxiliary Services employee who works a minimum of 12 hours per week and has a minimum 2.75 GPA. Selection is based upon essay submission.

Applicant must be actively involved in a leadership role with campus media and must demonstrate commitment to promoting communication on campus.

Applicant must have completed a minimum 60 hours, have a minimum 3.0 GPA and submit and essay evaluating some aspect of American government, politics, society or culture.

Applicant must graduate from Oneonta High School or a school within a 20-mile radius and cannot be eligible for the Clark Foundation Scholarship.

Applicant must demonstrate academic excellence and leadership in extracurricular activities.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and must be either accepted to a study abroad program or an international student attending SUNY New Paltz on a student visa.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.3 GPA.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.
