Applicant must be in a graduating class between 2007 and 2008 and must demonstrate leadership in extracurricular activities and academic excellence.

Applicant must be a resident of New York who is an undergraduate student majoring in the field of agriculture.

Applicant must demonstrate financial need, maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, and agree to teach in high need public school districts in Dutchess County for three years after graduation.

Applicants must submit article, essay, or journal that has been or will soon be published.

Applicants must be enrolled in architectural programs at schools in New York City and New York State. Applicants are nominated by Deans of architecture schools based on high levels of academic achievement and evidence of financial need.
