Applicant must attend the Harpur Coll full time, be a resident of New York, demonstrate academic excellence, and financial need.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.3 GPA and at least 12 credit hours and must demonstrate community service to socially disadvantaged groups.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.7 GPA and be accepted to a study abroad program. Selection is based upon academic achievement and extracurricular activities.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and submit an essay discussing the importance of teachers.

Applicant must be a Oswego County, N.Y., resident and demonstrate financial need.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Selection is based upon financial need.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, demonstrate involvement in co-curricular activities, and be graduating in May.

Applicant must demonstrate commitment to children, volunteer spirit, character and an enthusiasm for teaching and learning. Three references, minimum 3.3 GPA, and essay required.
