Applicant must have participated in one of the cultural activities recognized by the Egyptian Supreme Council for Youth and Sports or the Egyptian Supreme Council for the Arts.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, submit letter of application with supporting reasons as to financial need and artistic/academic suitability for award, and have current resume on file in Departmental Office.

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen. On-campus audition and/or interview required.

Applicant must demonstrate financial need and understanding and ability in the history or practice of the fine arts.

Applicant must have been admitted to the university by March 1 and be a student with a minimum 3.0 GPA who is transferring with an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree and majoring in business, economics, or accounting.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, have completed at least five semesters of full-time enrollment, and demonstrate leadership on campus or in the community. Selection may be based upon interview.
