Applicant must be a member of an intercollegiate athletic team. Selection is based upon academic standing and contribution to the athletic program. Award is in Canadian dollars.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.2 GPA, be a NATA member, pursue athletic training as a career, and be recommended by a certified athletic trainer.

Applicant must be a senior at East High School, have received two sports letters, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Applicant will be judged on athletic accomplishment, academic achievement, and community service.

Applicant must be a participant in the Iowa American Legion Baseball Tournament and portray outstanding sportsmanship, team play, and athletic ability. Selection is by the State Baseball Committee.
