Applicant must be a biology major. Selection is based upon academic ability.

First preference is given to a student accepted into a medical, dental, osteopathic, veterinary, or chiropractic program. Second preference is given to a student pursuing a Ph.D. in biology.

Applicant must be a freshman student majoring in biology with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.3 GPA, a minimum combined SAT score of 1530 (composite ACT score of 23), live on campus, and execute an interview with the Department Chair.
