Applicant must be an outstanding Rotaract student.

Applicant must be a student of color who has persevered in pursuit of education despite obstacles.

Applicant must be invited to enroll in the Honors Program.

Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need and campus involvement.

Applicant must demonstrate financial need and academic promise and must have a "B" average in regents' exams including English, History, Math, and Science.
