Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and exhibit a record of strong academic achievement despite personal, financial, or family hardship. Preference is given to women who have children and are heads of households.

Applicant must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program and is enrolled full-time for at least two semesters. Current FAFSA must be filed, personal statement, and two letters of recommendation must be submitted.

Applicant must demonstrate academic excellence, leadership abilities, and promise and commitment to his/her profession. Enrollment in the Oswego State Exchange Program required.

Applicant must be enrolled in PSY 490H (Practicum in Honors Research).

Applicant must be of Swiss descent or have a parent who is a Swiss citizen, and be a US permanent resident. Award may be used at a Swiss university or federal institute of technology only.
