Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and exhibit a record of strong academic achievement despite personal, financial, or family hardship. Preference is given to women who have children and are heads of households.

Applicant must complete all basic requirements, maintain a high GPA and demonstrate outstanding leadership qualities.

Applicant must rank in the top 15% of class.

Applicant must be an undergraduate who demonstrates financial need, academic accomplishment, and an interest in advancing women's roles in the financial services industry.
