Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be enrolled full-time in the College of Business or the College of Arts and Sciences, and be interested in or working with the restaurant/hospitality industry.

Applicant must be a Colorado resident majoring in the arts and sciences. Selection is based upon financial need, a strong academic record, and evidence of personal integrity and good citizenship.
