Applicant must be a Hispanic student considered a non-resident of Arizona who has completed 12 or more College credits, with at least nine units in ESL. A 350- to 500-word letter stating reasons for deserving scholarship is required.

Awarded to first-time applicants whose sole citizenship is a country other than the United States, provided they are full-time and degree-seeking.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate excellence in past academic performance. Applicant must satisfy Australian Government Visa requirements for international student entry to Australia.
