Applicant must be admitted to a state-approved program and must be African-American, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Asian/Pacific Islander, Hispanic, a dislocated military service member, or a dislocated defense contractor employee.

Applicant must be a minority, a Florida resident, have a minimum 2.5 GPA and must be accepted in the Teacher Education Program at Clearwater Christian College. Preference is given to community college transfer students.
