Applicant must be a black North Carolina resident, demonstrate financial need, and be enrolled in a full-time doctoral, law or veterinary medicine program.

Applicant must be an African-American. Selection is based upon test scores and high school record. Minimum composite ACT score of 23 (combined SAT I score of 930) and 2.8 GPA are required.
