Applicant must be needy, deserving, exhibit above average musical ability, and be a resident of El Paso County, Colo.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.25 GPA, be enrolled full-time, and demonstrate financial need.

Applicant must be a resident of Ventura County, CA or Ventura College. Applicant must be pursuing a degree in music.

Applicant must demonstrate superior promise and achievements in the fine and/or performing arts.

Applicant must be a member of Sigma Alpha Iota. One applicant from each Sigma Alpha Iota region is selected to attend any summer music program in the U.S. or abroad.
