Applicant must be a student on an athletic team at the university.

Applicant must be a freshman student majoring in either athletic training or sports medicine with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Applicant must rank in top half of class and have a minimum combined SAT Reasoning score of 1010 (composite ACT score of 22). Selection is based upon leadership skills, self-motivation, and extracurricular activities.

Applicant must demonstrate ability in one of the following sports: baseball, men's/women's basketball, football, men's/women's golf, women's softball, men's/women's tennis, men's/women's track, women's volleyball.

Applicant must have at least a 2.4 GPA and demonstrate athletic ability.

Applicant must be enrolled full time.

Applicant must demonstrate exceptional skill and ability in baseball, basketball, or tennis, must be enrolled full time, and must demonstrate satisfactory academic progress.

Applicant must demonstrate athletic talent and ability.

Applicant must meet player eligibility criteria required by Daemen Coll and the NAIA and must be recommended by the Daemen Coll coaching staff.
