Applicant must major in early childhood education and minor in music.

Applicant must be a non-traditional student who demonstrates financial need.

Applicant must demonstrate academic achievement and participation in school and civic organizations. Preference is given to student who has been a dairy princess.

Applicant must demonstrate excellence in painting and drawing.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.3 GPA in the eight admission courses required for entrance into the Public Affairs major. Applicant must be currently active in community service.

Applicant must demonstrate academic achievement, leadership, and character.

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Selection is based upon essay submission and faculty recommendations.

Applicant must be registered for a three-hour course, be a family member of or an employee of the Civil Service Employee Association (CSEA) and demonstrate financial need.

Applicant must demonstrate outstanding teaching ability and exceptional dedication as a laboratory instructor.
