Dance Scholarships

Applicant must demonstrate talent in art, dance, music, or theatre.

Applicant must be the highest ranking member of the senior class at Central Columbia High School who plans to enroll at Bloomsburg University. Recipient is selected by the Central Columbia High School Guidance Counselors.

Applicant must be accepted for admission into the university. Videotape/DVD or tryout in person is required.

First preference is given to an applicant who has pursued dance at an advanced level. Second preference is given to an applicant who has pursued any other performing art. Selection is based upon essay submission.

Applicant must demonstrate extraordinary talent in art, dance, music, or theatre.

Applicant must show talent in art, dance, music or theater and must audition.

Applicant must be a participant in the Modern Dance Company and exhibit talent and desire to dance either by establishing a minor in dance or by personally designing a dance major.

Applicant must demonstrate exemplary performance in art and design, dance, music, or theatre regardless of intended major. Audition and portfolio required.
